REFUND/EXCHANGE; SALE ITEMS NOT COVERED
You generally have 15 days from the date you receive an item to decide if an item is right for you. Any returns initiated after 15 days but before 30 days after you receive the item may be exchanged with another item of equal value, or you may receive a gift card applicable toward a future purchase/s, but you will not receive a refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed as referenced provided the item/s have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Items marked as “sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
RETURN IN STORE
Items purchased in a store must be returned to the specific store where the item was purchased and will not be accepted for refund or exchange from Barbara Gerwit.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
