REFUND/EXCHANGE; SALE ITEM NOT COVERED
You generally have 15 days from the date you receive the item to decide if an item is right for you. Barbara Gerwit will refund an item. Any returns initiated after 15 days but before 30 days after you receive the item, you may exchange it with another item of equal cost or you may receive a gift card applicable toward future purchase(s), but you will not receive a refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed as referenced provided the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.
Contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for returns. This does not apply to gift items, wholesale purchases, or customers outside the continental United States.
Items marked as “sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
RETURN IN STORE
Items purchased in a store must be returned to the specific store where the item was purchased and will not be accepted for refund or exchange from Barbara Gerwit.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Barbara Gerwit may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are canceled may include: the item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
